Instead of mailing DVDs or bankers' boxes full of printed files, or faxing page upon page, you can now upload your sensitive files directly to Wirt & Associates.
The transfer is secure, and the files are stored only on-site at our office (no third-party servers). Once you select the file(s) to send, your data is then stored on our private, on-premises server, accessible only by authorized Wirt & Associates staff.
You will need a username and password to transfer files. You do not need any special FTP software, but please make sure you are using one of the following, updated web browsers:
To upload your files, simply proceed to the secure login page, and with your Wirt & Associates provided username and password, simply login to begin uploading your files safely and securely.

Messages and any files transmitted are confidential and any dissemination to, copying of, or use by anyone other than the intended recipient(s) is unauthorized and forbidden. Please note in the HIPAA Privacy Rule Standards: "A covered entity is permitted to disclose an individual's protected health information as necessary to comply with and to the full extent authorized by workers' compensation law.
